Since we typically convert standard fastener products into SmartBolts® direct tension indicating fasteners, we need some details from you to better meet your requirements.  When you call our sales office, it’s helpful to have the following information:

- A brief description of the application for which SmartBolts are being considered
- Fastener material, head type and size: diameter and length
- Any other information that may be useful to our design team

With this information in hand, our sales team can quickly provide you with a quote and lead times. The engineering department custom designs Smartbolts DTI fasteners to your specifications.  Our sales team and engineering group can also work with you to assess potential applications, select the appropriate fastener, quantify the indicating tension, provide testing samples to assure that you are completely satisfied with our products.
